1st steps
- Do direct connection => bypass splitter / microfilter / router / hub / switch from wall socket to modem and modem to one pc
- Do Bandwith test at our website www.infoage.com.my or go to www.speedtest.net
- Please do the bandwidth test 3 times and take the average the result
If Bandwidth Test result shows > 80% from the speed of package subscribe - proceed with troubleshooting
If Bandwidth Test result shows < 80% from the speed of package subscribe - proceed with Perform Direct Connection Step if Bandwidth Test Page is DOWN, please proceed with Perform Direct Connection Step
2nd Steps
- Clear the browse cache (Clear history, Clear cache , Delete Cookies)
- Flush DNS by clicking the renew button found in the network status-support tab
- Do disc Clean up, Scan Viruses, and Scan for Spyware
- Disable antivirus software and P2P running in background
